Terms of Use

The Shoo app and the shoo.pro website
Effective: 30 September 2026

1. Acceptance

These Terms are an agreement between you and KOBA KORP LLC ("we", "us"), which publishes apps under the Onesse Studio brand. They cover the Shoo app ("Киш" in Ukrainian, the "App") and the website https://shoo.pro. By installing, opening or using the App or the website, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the App or the website.

2. What Shoo is

Shoo helps you clean up your photo and video gallery with swipes. You choose what each of the four swipe directions does: keep, add to the delete queue, add to favorites, or add to an album. The App is free. It has no ads, no in-app purchases and no accounts. It runs on your device and does not upload your photos or videos anywhere. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data.

3. License

We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control. You can't transfer or sublicense it. The App is licensed to you, not sold. We keep all rights we don't expressly grant.

4. App Store terms

If you got the App from the App Store, Apple's Standard EULA governs the App Store version, including its governing-law and liability terms. These Terms apply to the extent they do not conflict with it, and to the website. You and we agree that:

  • these Terms are between you and KOBA KORP LLC, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the App or its content;
  • the license covers only Apple-branded devices you own or control, as the App Store Usage Rules allow, except as allowed by Family Sharing or volume purchasing;
  • we, not Apple, are solely responsible for maintenance and support of the App, as described in these Terms or required by law. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the App;
  • Apple gives no warranty for the App. If the App fails a warranty that the law doesn't let us exclude, you can tell Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any. To the extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the App;
  • to the extent a warranty is not effectively disclaimed, we, not Apple, are solely responsible for it and for any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses caused by a failure to meet it;
  • we, not Apple, handle any claims about the App or your possession and use of it. This includes product liability claims, claims that the App fails to meet any legal or regulatory requirement, and claims under consumer protection, privacy or similar laws;
  • we, not Apple, are solely responsible for investigating, defending, settling and discharging any claim that the App or your possession and use of it infringes a third party's intellectual property rights;
  • you confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties;
  • you will follow any third-party terms that apply when you use the App;
  • questions, complaints or claims about the App go to us, using the contact details in section 12;
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Once you accept these Terms, Apple has the right to enforce them against you.

5. Deleting is your decision

You choose what to delete, and you are responsible for those choices. Here is how deletion works:

  • A "delete" swipe only adds the photo or video to a queue. Nothing is deleted until you open the delete queue and tap Delete all. Until then, you can undo the swipe or take the item out of the queue.
  • The App is built to delete only after you confirm in a dialog on your device. If you cancel the dialog, the files stay where they are.
  • iOS: iOS shows its own confirmation dialog. Photos and videos you confirm go to the "Recently Deleted" album in the Photos app. By default, iOS keeps them in Recently Deleted for up to 30 days, where you can restore them unless you empty the album sooner. After that, iOS removes them permanently. This is Apple's feature and we don't control it. If iCloud Photos is on, the deletion applies to every device that uses the same iCloud account.
  • Android (once available): the App first warns you that deletion is permanent, and on Android 11 and later Android also asks you to confirm. Files the App deletes skip any trash or recycle bin, so neither the App nor we can restore them. The App doesn't delete copies kept in backups or in cloud services such as Google Photos.
  • After a deletion, the App's Undo can't bring the files back.

Favorites and albums. Favorite and album swipes change your library right away. With iCloud Photos on, the changes sync to your other devices. On Android, adding to an album moves the file into that album's folder. Undo tries to reverse these changes but can't always do so.

We recommend keeping a backup of photos and videos that matter to you.

6. Acceptable use

Use the App lawfully, and only with a photo library you have the right to manage. Don't copy, modify or distribute the App. Don't decompile it or try to get its source code, unless the law expressly allows it. Don't get around its protections, remove any copyright or other proprietary notices, or use it in a way that harms other people or the App.

7. Intellectual property

KOBA KORP LLC or its licensors own the App, the website, the names Shoo and Киш, the logo, the design and the texts, and the law protects them. Your photos and videos stay yours. We get no rights to them, and they never reach us: the App works with them only on your device.

8. No warranties

The App and the website are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We also don't promise that they will work without interruptions or errors, that they will work on every device or system version, or that the freed-space figures are exact.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, KOBA KORP LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. That includes the loss of photos, videos or other data you chose to delete. Our total liability for all claims related to the App or the website is limited to USD 50. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for intent, gross negligence, fraud, death or personal injury, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Nor do these Terms limit rights you have under mandatory law, including consumer protection law.

10. Changes and termination

We may change the App or these Terms, or stop supporting the App. When we update these Terms, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date. For material changes we will give reasonable notice, for example in the App's update notes or on this page, before they take effect. If you keep using the App after a change takes effect, you accept the new version. If you don't agree with it, stop using the App. You can end these Terms at any time by deleting the App. If you breach these Terms, your license ends automatically. Sections 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 11 and 12 continue to apply after termination.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, unless mandatory law in your country of residence requires otherwise. For the App Store version, the governing-law terms of Apple's Standard EULA apply instead (see section 4).
